Our services

Bathworks provides bathroom remodeling services, including walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, bath and shower replacement, full bathroom remodels, and Onyx cultured-stone products, in the Treasure Valley and surrounding Idaho areas. Our website is provided for general information about those services.

Estimates, quotes, and pricing

Any pricing information, ranges, or examples we may provide, whether on our website, in a pricing guide, or by phone, are for general guidance only and are not a binding offer or a guaranteed price. Your actual price depends on the specifics of your project. We provide an exact, written quote after a free in-home consultation, and the final terms of any project are set out in a separate written agreement signed by you and Bathworks. If anything in a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract controls for that project.

Free consultations

Consultation requests submitted through our site are appointment requests, not contracts for work. Consultations are free and carry no obligation to buy. Scheduling is confirmed by our team.

Promotions and offers

Promotional offers, such as a dollar amount off your project or financing promotions, are subject to their own terms. Unless we state otherwise, offers apply to new projects, are claimed at your consultation, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Financing offers are subject to credit approval by third-party lenders and their terms.

Communications and text messaging

By providing your phone number and consenting on our forms, you agree we may contact you by phone, email, and text about your inquiry, appointments, and, where you consent, promotions. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Use of this website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

The Bathworks name, logo, site content, text, and graphics are owned by Bathworks or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services, but you may not otherwise reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.

Warranties

Our workmanship and product warranties, including the lifetime warranty on Onyx cultured stone, are provided as described in your written agreement and the applicable manufacturer terms. Except as expressly provided there, our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bathworks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under your signed project agreement or under applicable law.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools, such as review pages, financing partners, and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
