When you opt in to receive text messages from Bathworks LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description: Bathworks LLC sends appointment reminders, service/account updates, and promotional offers via SMS to customers who have opted in.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you SMS messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Bathworks LLC. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll in this program.
